Aster European Dining’s visionary Executive Chef, whose culinary journey began at the famed Raffles Grill in Singapore to esteemed venues like Crown Casino and Rockpool, now leads Aster European Dining. His expertise and innovative spirit honed through ventures like the Riserva wine bar, infuse the menu with a unique blend of European traditions and modern culinary excellence.

Our dynamic Sous Chef at Aster European Dining. At 22, Jake has already mastered the art of combining Modern Australian and European cuisines, with a special knack for pasta dishes perfected during his tenure at La Madonna. 



She embodies the heart of Aster European Dining with her passion for hospitality and European cuisine. Known for her warm welcomes and attention to detail, she ensures that every visit is a memorable journey.

I had an incredible dining experience at the restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu and suggesting some truly delightful dishes. We had the lobster roll, ocean trout, beetroot ravioli, octopus, pasta and sprouts. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the presentation of each dish was a work of art. The flavours were thoughtfully balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. Overall, this restaurant offers not just a meal, but a culinary experience that excites the senses. "I seldom write reviews but this place was so good it seemed a shame not to share. The food was amazing - four of us had different entrees, mains, and desserts and now feel like we have to go back and try the rest of the menu. The beef carpaccio is a must followed by the salmon special and to finish the coconut panna cotta all washed down with a chilled Bordeaux....and that was just my selection. My friends all loved their meals too. The service was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. The decor suits the menu and the wine selection is excellent. All up - we will be back and we suggest you take the time out to visit. Just an FYI - it's not cheap but it is worth every penny."

Our favorite were the beef tartare and the duck breast, the rabbit ravioli is also a must try! Overall very happy with our experience, we will be back soon to try all the other dishes as well! "One of the best places that I have been to. The staff are just so attentive, the moment I finish my cup of water, it is immediately refilled. The food is heavenly, gnocchi were the pillowest and fluffiest and softest gnocchi I have ever had. The duck was cooked to perfection. Sauces were amazing, it was so balanced, and never a moment was overpowering. The tiramisu was also amazing."

"Amazing food love the beef tartare, lobster roll, and the famous beetroot ravioli as an entree. The prawn risotto is a winner for us the balance of flavours just perfect for spring. The dessert is very comforting with the homemade baked cheesecake and panna cotta simple but delicious. The wine list has covered everything If you are an adventure person and can try a few things differently. However, on that note also lots of wine by the glass with Coravin pour, i had some wine matches and was flexible and chatted to the owner. The deco is cute and has a feel. The services are top-notch at a reasonable price. All aspects are 5 stars, definitely will be back. Thank you for a great experience."
